Mr. Gardner received his Bachelor of Science in Clinical Psychology from the Florida Institute of Technology. During his undergraduate years, he interned and was employed at the Scott Center for Autism Treatment located on the Melbourne Florida Tech Campus. There he worked with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders and individuals with similar characteristics. Mr. Gardner also has experience providing in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. He hopes to continue his education in the future, gaining a Psy-D in Clinical Child Psychology and/or a BCBA certification.  Mr. Gardner is currently pursuing his Master's degree in Psychology with an emphasis in ABA.

Ms. Kienzle received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Flagler College in St. Augustine, Florida. She worked for two summers in an Easter Seals summer camp, providing one-on-one respite care for individuals of all ages with varying intellectual and physical abilities. She originally became interested in working with children with special needs while volunteering and later interning in an ESE classroom at Webster Elementary School. She continues to provide services to a wide range of disabilities throughout her time working with individuals with special needs.  She received her Masters of Science in Psychology, with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) at Kaplan University and went on to complete her full board certification.

  Mrs. Dyce obtained her Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in August 2018 after working as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) for twelve years. She graduated with her Master’s Degree in Psychology with emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from Purdue University in November 2017 and earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida in 2005. She has experience working with children of all ages, as well as young adults with developmental disabilities including Autism Spectrum Disorder. Her experience includes: teaching vocational skills and daily living skills, job training and coaching, and verbal behavior. She has also worked extensively in the school setting with a focus on improving academic achievement while reducing problem behaviors that impede learning.

Mrs. Schimkus graduated from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts in 2006 with a BA in English and Communications. She began working as a Cognitive Trainer at Learning Rx where she worked with a variety of children with Autism and other intellectual disabilities. In addition to her work as a Cognitive Trainer, she worked privately with children with Autism for the past 9 years.  Ms. Schimkus is currently pursuing her Master's degree in Clinical Psychology with a concentration in Counseling through Walden University. She is currently enrolled in classes to obtain her Board Certification in Behavior Analysis. 

​Mrs. Hill is a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis. She also holds her Florida Child Care Professional Credential (FCCPC) with certification in Birth through age 5. For the past 6 years she has been working with a variety children with Autism Spectrum Disorders, as well as other varying disabilities; providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in homes, schools, and in the community. Mrs. Hill also provides early intervention services for children birth to age three with disabilities, or at risk for disabilities through Space Coast Early Steps. Mrs. Hill has experience working as a special education teacher’s assistant in New York City public schools co-teaching prekindergarten through middle school students with Autism Spectrum Disorders. She is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis.

Ms. Campuzano graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor's Degree in Recreational Therapy. She is Currently working as a Registered Behavior Technician providing behavioral therapy to individuals with a variety of behavioral and developmental disabilities.

Mrs. Harrington received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology at the University of South Carolina. She went on to receive her Masters in Arts and Teaching in Special Education at the University of South Carolina with a focus on severe and multiple disabilities.  In addition, she is a fully Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and, for the past 15 years, has worked privately providing in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to a variety of children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Mrs. Harrington has experience as a special education teacher in South Carolina public schools teaching 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students with Autism Spectrum Disorders. Currently, she is the Clinical Director of Therapeutic Services at Everyday ABA, Behavioral Specialist for Space Coast Early Steps assessing and developing Early Intervention programs for children ages 0-3, and lastly she continues to provide direct service and supervisory services to children and adults with Autism, Aspergers, ADHD, specific Learning Disabilities, and Intellectual Disabilities. Mrs. Harrington is currently pursuing her PhD at the University of Florida in the area of Special Education and Early Childhood Studies.

Mrs. Flynn-Privett received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Frances Marion University in Florence, South Carolina. There she conducted research on Attachment Theories.  Since 2009, Ashley has experiences working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders, adults with Dementia, ADHD, OCD, Chromosomal disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Intellectual Disabilities, and specific Learning Disabilities. In 2012, she received her Masters of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis at the Florida Institute of Technology and became received her board certification. She continues to provide services to a wide range of disabilities as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). 

Ms. Smith graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2014 with a BS in Communication Sciences and Disorders. As a senior in college, she started working as a Cognitive Therapist at an Academic intervention and Cognitive Therapy Center where she continued to work after graduation. In addition to her work as a Cognitive Therapist with children of all ages and skill levels, she worked as a student shadow for a boy with autism where she modified his curriculum and implemented his behavior plan. Ms. Smith earned her Master's Degree in Psychology with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis through Perdue Global University. She is pursuing Board Certification in Behavior Analysis. 

​Mrs. Nikolaus graduated from Millersville University in 2011 with her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She volunteered with Big Brother Big Sister; providing academic and social assistance to students. Mrs. Nikolaus has experience working in a behavioral facility providing direct care for individuals with a variety of disabilities in a residential setting. She has experience working with children with a wide range of behavioral and developmental disorders, including Autism Spectrum. Mrs. Nikolaus earned her Master’s Degree in Psychology, with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) through Kaplan University. She continues to provide services to individuals with disabilities as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Mrs. Moore graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Psychology.  She became interested in Autism Spectrum Disorders during her studies of exceptional children.  She has been an active volunteer in the Brevard Public School system working with the autistism unit and the art department. She received her Master's Degree in Psychology, with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) through Kaplan University. She continues to provide services to a wide range of disabilities as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
