Dr. Harrington is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Director of Services for Everyday ABA, LLC. She earned her doctor of philosophy degree from the University of Florida in 2021. Her major area of study was special education with a concentration in early childhood studies. Dr. Harrington has 15 years of experience providing home-based and community-based Applied Behavior Analysis services for children with autism and their families. She also worked as a special education teacher for children with autism and intellectual disabilities. 

Mrs. Dyce obtained her Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in August 2018 after working as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) for twelve years. She graduated with her Master’s Degree in Psychology with emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from Purdue University in November 2017 and earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida in 2005. She has experience working with children of all ages, as well as young adults with developmental disabilities including Autism Spectrum Disorder. Her experience includes: teaching vocational skills and daily living skills, job training and coaching, and verbal behavior. She has also worked extensively in the school setting with a focus on improving academic achievement while reducing problem behaviors that impede learning.

Deana grew up in Maryland and moved to Florida in 2022. She loves being an RBT and hopes to one day continue her studies in the field. She enjoys doing art, singing, and playing music in her free time. Deana is also bilingual in Spanish.

Mrs. Schimkus studied English Communications with a concentration in Education as an undergrad, receiving her BA from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts in 2006.  After moving to Florida, she began studying Applied Behavior Analysis through FITs online program while working privately with children with autism.  Priscilla began working with EverydayABA as behavior technician in 2014.  She earned her MS degree in Psychology from Capella University and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2019.  Priscilla has over ten years experience working with neurodivergent children.

Mrs. Hill is a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Psychology with emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis. She also holds the Florida Child Care Professional Credential (FCCPC) certification from Birth through age 5. 

Mrs. Hill has worked with a variety of children and families with Autism Spectrum Disorders, as well as other varying disabilities; providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in homes, schools, and in the community. In addition to ABA experience, Mrs Hill has experience working as a Brevard County public school teacher where she was dual certified as a Pk-3rd grade Primary education teacher as well as an Exceptional Student Education teacher for grades K-12.

Mrs. Hill has currently put her Master’s Degree on hold, as she supports her husband and family through military deployment. 

She hopes to continue to complete her masters in Psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis in the near future.

Mrs. Chasteen graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Psychology.  She became interested in Autism Spectrum Disorders during her studies of exceptional children.  She has previously been a volunteer in the Brevard Public School system working with the autism unit and the art department. She received her Master's Degree in Psychology, with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) through Kaplan University. She continues to provide services to a wide range of disabilities as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Ms. Wilkerson graduated from University of Central Florida with a B.S. in Psychology and B.A. in Art in 2022. Her research focuses on perception and communication. She began mentorship under a LMHC in 2020 and became co-lead of a social skills group the same year to foster peer interaction during COVID-19. She hopes to continue her education and expand research in Art Therapy.

Ms. Smith graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2014 with a BS in Communication Sciences and Disorders. As a senior in college, she started working as a Cognitive Therapist at an Academic intervention and Cognitive Therapy Center where she continued to work after graduation. In addition to her work as a Cognitive Therapist with children of all ages and skill levels, she worked as a student shadow for a boy with autism where she modified his curriculum and implemented his behavior plan. Ms. Smith earned her Master's Degree in Psychology with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis through Perdue Global University.

​Kayla Nikolaus graduated from Millersville University, PA in 2011 with her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. After gaining experience by providing direct care for individuals with a variety of disabilities in a residential facility setting, she came to work for Everyday ABA in 2013. ​She then went on to earn her Master’s Degree in Psychology, with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) through Kaplan University and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2018. Kayla has experience working with children diagnosed on the Autism Spectrum and thoroughly enjoys working with caregivers to build their capacity and implementation of behavioral interventions and procedures. 

Ashley is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (2013) with experience working with families effected by autism and related disabilities since 2009.  She received her Bachelor's degree in psychology in 2009 from Francis Marion University followed by her Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology in 2012.  She has conducted research in many aspects of psychology and ABA (i.e., attachment styles, antecedent strategies, functional analyses, preferred items and compliance) and wrote her thesis on speech patterns emitted by individuals with dementia.  She enjoys working directly with her clients, supervising RBTs preparing for their board certification and enhancing caregiver abilities.  In her free time, Ashley enjoys surfing, boating, live music events, and spending time with her family.
